Co-Owner
Ariane N. Williams, M.P.S., Co-founder of Lustrum Group, LLC, is a small business consultant and business owner from Charles City, Virginia. Upon receiving a Masters of Professional Studies in Design Management from Pratt Institute, she began her career in consultation emphasizing sustainable business. Her projects include quality education and equal rights aligning with the United Nations Sustainable Development Agenda as demonstrated in her article, A Design Approach to Teaching an Entrepreneurial Mindset (2019, Design Management Journal)1.
TALITHA M. WILLIAMS
Co-Owner
Talitha M. Williams is the co-founder of Lustrum Group, LLC, a brand collective focusing on mind, body, and spiritual well-being. As a licensed esthetician and accomplished makeup artist, she leverages her creative prowess, in the retail industry to provide beauty, travel and business consulting services to clients in Miami, Florida–her current home–and beyond. Talitha’s comprehensive understanding, of beauty and travel industry trends, provides a distinct perspective on business development, product development, and strategic partnerships.
